Default Integra seat rail mounting point same as s2000?

hey guys,
i just bought a driver side memoryfab kevlar s68 seat and i am suppose to be picking up a buddyclub seat rail from outta town this weekend. Now the thing is, the seller bought it originally for his s2000 and said it bolted up directly to his integra. i called buddyclub and they said the mounting points were different. Im getting a really good deal off these rails and i just want to make sure im not making a wrong decision by NOT picking up the rails, and i ALSO dont want to pick em up and they dont fit. PLEASE IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME OUT, I WILL APPRECIATE IT GREATLY.
