Default TSX 2005 Battery and tires

I am in need of a new battery and tires for my 2005 TSX that has 45,000 miles on it.
I have no clue what type of battery to buy? I want a good quality battery. As for the tires I was thinking of Michelen Primacy (I think that is what they are called). I want a tire that allows for a better comfort ride than the factory tires that came with it (although they were michelen also). I will take any suggestions.

OEM honda, can't beat the warranty and the price.
tires couldn't tell you. I have aftermarket wheels on all my cars. I mostly go with Yokohamas for everything. I bought some Dunlop SP's recently, they are nice so far.

I have the Michelin MXV4 Primacy on mine(came on vehicle) and they are OK. They are quite and comfortable, but can get squirley taking curves higher than 75mph. Next time I'll go with a P225/45/R17 tire with a higher speed rating. Longetivity means nothing to me,I manage a Michelin Tire store.

As far as batteries go,the previous owner put a Die Hard in mine a few months before I bought it. I allways went with OEM on that b/c I used to work for Honda. My last 92 GS-R still had the OEM when I bought it in 2001(I had no receipt of it ever being changed and I bought it from a customer when I was a tech.) and my friend who owns it now still has the same battery in the car.

hi there...

Hi there. Good that you have checked the tyres pressures first, that’s the first thing I would have suggested. Given the age of your vehicle, the next thing to consider is the effectiveness of your dampers, in that when your dampers are ‘shot’ your vehicle will feel insecure, bouncy and a bit wobbly. My strong recommendation to you is to visit a Fast Fit Center and have them inspect and test the dampers and replace if necessary them. Hope this helps, Scottech.
