i'm a complete turbo noob so dont flame too much... but are any of the links above (i'm skimming through them now and will read them in more detail later) good for describing what things should be done to build a motor right to handle high boost reliably?

i almost need shit broken down to a retarded level beacuse i literally know nothing and i'm reading everything i can get my hands on TO learn.

is it common for a brand new garrett gt turbo have blue smoke at idle at times? Engine is fine, return fitting is mounted on top of pan. Would a oil feed restrictor plate help??
