hey guys... i started a build thread a long time ago for this car and ended up having to give up on it due to the fact i did not have internet to show my progress haha... tried to take as many pics as i could when i could....

anyways i got this car when i was 19 in a trade with my friend... he blew the motor in his ek coupe and it was beat to hell... so i traded him my 93 EG hatch for the coupe and $1200..

im gonna show where it started and where it kinda is now... have more work to go by far but im real excited about how it sits... im currently 21 and been working on this car for damn near 2 years haha!

current motor setup:
BLOCK
01 ITR
jdm itr p7300 pistons
acl full race bearrings
honda piston rings
arp rod bolts,headstuds,flywheel bolts
9 pound flywheel
act heavy duty clutch
hytech replica 2.5 header
HEAD
supertech springs and retainers
valve job
ITR intake Manifold ported a bit
ITR TB
s2pro1 cams
Sard fuel pressure regulator
Pwjdm whale penis intake
TUNING
running chipped p28, gotta get retuned soon
TRANSMISSION
b16a2 trans rebuilt and obx LSD installed.

when it was running, before i got it

after he blew the motor and we traded i started to strip it

spent 4 hours and 25 pounds of dry ice removing the sound deadining tar.. what a bitch

stripping it down further:

took it too get painted champ white!

while all this was going on i was building the motor i previously mentioned:

wire tuck before the motor went in...

motor getting ready to install:

tow hooks

tein super streets

ctr carpet

fenders

recaros and interior going together slowly

tucking the fuse box

missed alot of pictures of all the details but here is kinda how it is now, lots of work to be done:

the wheels u see in this picture i had redone: there called auto-moda's, a semi rare japanese wheel 15x7 4x100 with a +43 offset

they now look like this

rear disc with new wheel bearrings and extended studs, gsr disc all the way around

random shots of how its sitting now

vision mirrors and ctr window visors

so i know there is hella pictures hahaha, wish i could of documented it like i wanted too... still tons left too do. trying to get ready for the northwest honda-tech meet in april haha, we will c.. ill show more parts as i get them and try to show more details... COMMENT me up haha, need feedback... and if anyone wants any more details let me know haha... its alot to take in when i put it all like this...

looks good, maybe a few suggestions though, imo

Paint the front grille between the headlights flat black and the core support.
Get CTR headlights
Get a real ITR V/C

These are just my opinions though, its your car. What do I know, I have a huge gay wing on my car lol. Other than that looks like its coming along really nice!

yea im still deciding what lip i want to get lol.. OEM ctr lip or something else... and yes its a carbon fiber trunk...

i actually had ctr headlights and sold them and bought sir headlights... i really like the SIR lights lol... who knows why... and i picked up the strut bar from an asian guy named andy, his friend owns kansai motorsports in seattle.. says it came from japan its called VRS ... who knows... but its freaking huge haha... i need a real itr valve cover just dont want to cut it up with the moon cuts.. i might do it anyway..

i am trying to get it ready for the nw honda-tech meet april 4th... i have many more parts to get and i need to finish some details...

brice what were you thinking... im open... i like criticism as long as its not hate

... 2 year project... im open to more work

O YEA just ordered my ctr 96-98 climate control... hopefully he ships it tomorrow

I know its your car, but I think all you need is a OEM sir front lip and repaint the grills back to black and you would have yourself an even more sweeter ride. Great job so far

welcome sir....it looks good! lots of pieces in that engine bay that i like...Gotta black out that cowling in the front bumper tho like mine!

My friend had been tryin to talk me into those french fogs but i think the yellow mixed with the amber will look disgusting. I ALWAYS have my amber corners, amber city lights( CTR Headlights), and amber accessory lights on. Is that a version of champ white or no? maybe just a fresh coat of Tafetta? looks good, keep it up....lmk if you need anything...

yea its painted champ white NH0 i believe is the paint code lol...

o and for some reason ive always liked my fogs, so i got em ...

3 weeks till the meet... got tons of work to do... had such a nice drive yesterday in the car and then today looked like this...

no motivation on a day like this... so i just worked 10 hours at my job

so i got some work done on my car last night, not alot but enough to satisfy me... took the front bumper off too paint the cowling, its currently still off because i gotta drill the holes for my front tow hook. its just so fricking cold haha!

so i picked up MINT rear seats last night from my buddys ex coupe, cleaned em up a bit and put em in...

and heres my taped to hell bumper haha!!

thats all i got for today haha... work is kicking my ass right now!
