Miller/ NRG Tech...
Very nice work, torque carries very nicely for a stock port head.
Cant wait to see the race gas tune up.

Very nice!
Question though - why the Stage 3 N/A cam instead of the Stage 2 F/I cam? I always understood N/A cars to have overlap that you don't want in an FI system.

i havent really seen any serious setups out yet with the bisi cam. maybe you can be the first to lay out some dough for it and get close to 500whp on some race gas.

Re: Swipe'd Turbo D16 Stock Sleeves 400+HP
the cam is the next mod the car will see, as well as a custom sheet metal intake mani I am going to fab up soon...Its pretty much done, i just need to figure what i want to do about the IACV...its either eliminate it or fab up a way for it to see pressure from the TB....
Chris was talking with Bisi on one of his threads but i dont think Bisi will budge on working something out..so im on the market and see who's stats put up the info Chris and I think will provide the most power....im going to do SEVERAL cam tests to prove who makes the best hands down improvement..and YES, im aware i can get a custom grind from Bisi...
hope that helps and gives the rest of ya'll some insight of where the car will be going when the time comes to it...for now, i will enjoy it!
THANKS FOR THE SUPPORT AND TAKING TIME TO READ MY BUILD!
~cheers

Very impressive on pump gas! I would love to see your data on the cam tests you plan on doing in the future. Keep up the good work!

Re: Swipe'd Turbo D16 Stock Sleeves 400+HP
and block guard i say no...i think it give a higher chance of cracking a sleeve..i think the sleeves need a lil bit of play, the block guard i believe will put more stress on them cause # 3 & 4 to split @ around 18psi.. (pm me for more details on that if you want)
as far as the rest of your build it looks alright..could use a little bit more agressive cam but who knows...what are you tuning it on? what size wastegate spring are you running? what boost controller? and check with your tuner but you might max out those injectors and you deff need a resistor box....good luck~

Re: Swipe'd Turbo D16 Stock Sleeves 400+HP
Very nice man. What you have made(whp) was my goal.My engine is already built and have everything for the turbo setup too. I just have to get a couple more things for the car then i can paint the car and install the power house. lol I can blindfold 400whp out of a B, but i'm new to the D series(i got bored). But i'm glad to see someone get a nice 400 whp power band out of the d with pump gas!!!! This is what i'm shooting for.
