Speedfactory Pro-Stock, All Motor F22 CRX
We decided to put together a little build thread on a project that we have been working on. Hoping to get it finished up and do some track testing soon and possibly make it out to some west coast events this upcoming season.
The car is still work in process, with lots of little bugs still to get figured out. Everything from TPS problems, to injectors dying, fried coils, and everything else you would expect with a big project. But so far it has been quite the learning experience and once its done should be lots of fun.
Quick rundown of the setup:
F22A
97mm crank
89mm 14:1 CR Arias pistons
Aluminum rods
37mm IN valves 30mm EX valves
Custom Bisimoto cam and extended rockers
ASP re-worked skunk2 IM w/ Accufab 90mm TB
Older Bisimoto header
F2D kit w/ Liberty pro shift modded Y8 tranny
MFactory 4.9 FD
A few videos of it on the dyno (they look alot better if you select HQ)

I always liked the guys at Speedfactory. James is awesome. Hopefully they get a bigger dyno soon so they can tune my car.

No, just sticking to battle and test and tunes for now until the kinks get worked out
Got a really good deal on the D-tranny with the Liberty modification and the adapter plate.

TPS issues, bad injectors, dead fuel pumps, bad alternators, dead coils, coolant circulation issues, failing MAP sensors, cam gears coming loose, tranny and clutch issues, things vibrating loose, etc. Definitely a learning experience, but we've finally got all of the little issues figured out, so things are looking up.
It's currently making 282whp/192tq. Last year at Woodburn there were so many things wrong/broken on the car we are amazed it even made it down the track! We have most of the major problems figured out now, just needs more time to dial it in/test mods, as it should be making better power than it is. It'll definitely do much better this year though for sure.

Thanks for all the props everyone! This is my motor setup in my friend's car, just so people dont get confused. It is definitely a work in progress, as we will be doing a lot more testing in the near future before the start of the season.Something is holding it back, I just can't figure it out yet. I was only 18 or 19 when I assembled this engine lol!
Thanks Bisi! Yes we do, but you know my budget is limited haha. Thank you for all of your help you have given us! I will call you soon, I have some new data for you that we need to discuss.
