my motivation is to see how far i can take my body, to be in the best shape i can be. i do it for myself first and if it happens to attract females its just a plus.

I don't have a YouTube login, so I can't view.

I just ate a doughnut and going on 4 weeks of only one weight lifting workout...playing hockey twice a week though. I give all my energy to my new business and my wife...no motivation/time for the gym....I hate it
