Game Changer

By now, it's hard to imagine that there is anyone on the planet that hasn't seen this insane Honda Odyssey van before. But we imagine that there are at least a few out there unaware Bisi Ezerioha's 1,029 horsepower family-hauling creation, which he built under his company Bisimoto's banner. This is the vehicle that put him on the map, which isn't really a surprise when you take a closer look at it.

Looks Normal

On the outside, the casual observer might not think that there's anything going on here other than just a cool-looking van, modified much the same way as you'd see a custom Odyssey cruising around in Japan. It also maintains all the creature comforts you'd expect, including things like air conditioning, rear and side-view cameras, and the ability to run on 91-octane pump gas.

Completing the Look

The van rides on a custom air ride suspension, which helps it ride pretty nice and allows the owner to slam it on the ground if need be, too. A set of custom-built 20-inch Tarmac R40 wheels wrapped in 255/30/20 Toyo T1 Sport tires completes the look, which is complemented by that large roof storage bin.

Packed With Goodies

The real magic of this build lies under the hood, however. There, you'll find a J35 V6 filled with a host of aftermarket goodies including Arias 9.0:1 forged pistons, R&R rods, Golden Eagle sleeves, ARP head studs, Bisimoto-Web level 2.4 cams, fully ported heads, a Supertech valvetrain, AEM Infinity engine control system, a Spearco intercooler, Godzilla blow-off valve, a Turbonetics 7265 Turbine turbo, and RG45 wastegate.

Pick Your Poison

On 91 octane pump gas, this combo is good for 600 horsepower at 14 pounds of boost. But if you want more, 41 psi and ethanol will crank that number all the way up to 1,029 ponies, which is pure madness. Even better, the mill is backed up by a proper 6-speed manual, which presumably makes this van a total hoot to drive.

Fun Box

Even better, the van is designed to be completely livable on the road. It's programmed to provide "boost per gear," which means that at lower speeds and gears, horsepower and boost pressures are electronically limited, and gradually increase as vehicle speeds rise. Above all, however, the Odyssey was built to prove that Bisimoto can make any vehicle fun.

Big Star

The van made its debut at the 2013 SEMA show and has gone on to appear on Top Gear, Spike Feresten's Car Matchmaker TV show, and Matt Farah's Drive TV, along with features in pretty much every tuner car magazine on earth. Which, as you might imagine, is no big surprise.
