Fun. Easy. Cheap.

All words I would use to describe the ZC with a Greddy kit.

I have a greddy turbo(92-95)kit on my zc and love it, it pulls great at 6 psi, at 9psi im dyno,ed at 190 to the wheels and will be over 200 with abit more tuning, so i dont think the zc is a weak engine, the stock rods will hold till about 200hp. i built up my zc and it should easly boost to 15psi, i havent dyno,ed it at that level yet to know the #,s. but to answer your Question.any d series kit should work with some modification, such as charge piping. all depends what kit you want, if your looking for a great street kit, greddy is perfect with its quick spooling up, with other kits like Drag,it takes longer to spool up with it bigger turbo but will give you more hp in the long run but not as streetable as the greddy kits.

200hp is not written in stone. If the engine is tuned good he'll probably be fine for a long time. And even if he did blow his engine.. a ZC is cheap to replace.

You can buy a D series EF kit, almost any D series kit for that matter but you might have to mod some of the piping, it's not really that big of a deal. You can also throw together a budget backyard turbo using an EF STD manifold, you choice of turbo and ic, then get some mandrel piping and make it work. You have more options than you think
